Due to an exciting period of growth, Kenny Waste Management are recruiting for an Sales Administrator to join our Head Office team in Little Hulton, to provide sales administration support and manage administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.

Kenny Waste Management have been providing an environmentally safe and controlled waste management service for over 30 years, and with continuous investment we now process over 15,000 tonnes of waste each month.

Job Duties:

  • To provide an effective administration and sales support service to the National/Regional Sales Team.
  • Create and send quotations for new and existing sites.
  • Hubspot Management – creating contacts, updating contacts, creating new deals, keeping Hubspot up to date, welcome e-mails
  • Customer Portal Logins and Password re-sets
  • Adding new orders to Waste Logics
  • Create monthly reports for customers to strict monthly deadlines.
  • Ad hoc waste reports as required
  • Assist Marketing in sending mass marketing e-mails
  • Prepare I-auditors for Field Account Managers
  • Assist customers with portal navigation
  • Prepare and send toolbox talk certificates
  • Prepare Site Waste Management Plans
  • SMARTWaste Management
  • Adhoc administration and projects when required.

Skills/experience required:

  • Minimum 3 years previous experience of working in a sales support environment
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
  • Judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used office packages.
