Driving Change – New Brochure Release

We were recently very happy to release the latest brochure for our social enterprise ‘Driving Change.’ Having reached our initial target to change 20 lives by 2020, we are now looking forward to developing the social enterprise further over the next 3-5 years. We have recently employed a Social Enterprise Manager, Alex Mayes and we are sure the scheme will only continue to grow.

Here at Kenny Waste Management, we have always taken steps to build a workplace where everyone’s contributions are valued. We understand that some people are determined to make positive choices and change their own lives, we simply help facilitate this by offering opportunity, structured support, and lots of encouragement.

We have identified three core values of inclusion, trust and growth that embody everything that we do. They guide us on how we make strategic decisions, daily choices and collaborate with partners. Importantly, they sit at the heart of all our programme design and delivery.

As a small social enterprise addressing some of the biggest barriers to employment, it’s vital that we know our work is making a real difference. We will continue to work with a range of experts to inform our work, including those who have direct experiences of the issues we are trying to address.

If you would like to read more about our social enterprise, you can download the brochure from our website here:
