Businesses we work with in Wigan
The borough mixes food production, distribution and manufacturing with busy high streets in Wigan and Leigh. We collect general waste, card and food waste from factories and warehouses, and run wheelie bin rounds for shops, cafés and offices.
Simpler Recycling in Wigan
Since 31 March 2025, Wigan workplaces with 10 or more full-time-equivalent staff must separate food waste, dry recyclables and general waste. Businesses with fewer than 10 staff must comply by 31 March 2027.
For food producers, separate food waste collections are often the biggest change. We’ll set up the right containers and frequency. Read our Simpler Recycling guide.

Great experience with Kenny Waste Management. Clear around costs and process. Called for the collection of the skip provided and to pay and Noah who assisted was excellent. Very helpful and polite but most of all personable and engaged. I'd definitely recommend and also return for future requirements. Great work all!
