Living Wage Employer
Employers like us choose to pay the real Living Wage, a higher minimum rate that is set independently by the Living Wage Foundation, as opposed to the National Minimum Wage or the National Living Wage. Here at Kenny Waste Management, family is important to us. Length of Service
Our length of service scheme ‘Career Celebrations’ rewards our employees for their service from their first work anniversary. Employees can celebrate their career with us through choosing from 3 different rewards, ranging from a cash bonus, a gift voucher, or extra annual leave.
