What is a cherry picker?
A cherry picker is a mobile elevating work platform with a boom and basket. The boom extends upwards and outwards, so operators can reach work areas over obstacles that a vertical lift can’t.
Is a cherry picker the same as a MEWP?
A cherry picker is a type of MEWP (mobile elevating work platform). MEWP is the umbrella term that also covers scissor lifts, spider lifts and other powered access machines.
What do you need to know to quote?
Tell us the working height and outreach you need, the ground conditions and site access, and how long you need the machine. Our team will recommend the right option.
